The Process
Making artisan sourdough bread is a craft that can't be rushed.
- All of our bread is naturally leavened with a sourdough starter.
- The dough ferments for a minimum of 24 hours before being prepped into loaves.
- Everything is baked day of, with no preservatives or additives so you’re eating fresh, hot delicious sourdough items made from clean minimal ingredients.
(Baguettes and Bagels use a sourdough starter and a poolish yeast base, our loaves are solely starter)
